We’re excited to announce that DemandZEN has been named to Inc. Magazine’s annual list of the Best Workplaces again for 2021. Not only is the list a prominent Inc.com feature, but it also hits newsstands on May 18th in the May/June 2021 Inc. Magazine issue.

About Inc. Magazine’s List of Best Workplaces

The list is the result of a wide-ranging and comprehensive measurement of American companies that have created exceptional workplaces and company culture, whether teams are operating in person or remotely. Collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. selects its annual honorees, with 429 this year. Each nominated company participates in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace. The topics of the survey include management effectiveness, perks, and fostering employee growth. The organization’s benefits also contribute to the company’s overall score and ranking.

The entire DemandZEN team is very honored to be nominated, but especially leadership.

“Our core values were created by our employees and are exemplified by our leaders. Not all employees work the same way. Leaders must position their team members based on their strengths. Often, too much time is spent on dashboards, KPI’s, metrics, etc. While important, these should just be used to diagnose an issue. We sustain our DZ culture by identifying individual motivators and strengths and using those to create goals and desired outcomes.

– Amanda Moore, DemandZEN Co-founder

Inc. Magazine’s Editor-in-Chief shared about the significance of this list in the midst of a global pandemic.

The definition of a positive workplace has changed drastically over the past year. Stocked fridges and nap pods were no longer perks many companies could rely on once work went remote. So, this year’s list is even more important as it reveals organizations that continue to enrich the lives of its employees amid a pandemic.

Let’s hear it for the DemandZEN Team!

Overall, we’re grateful for each and every person who makes up our team at DemandZEN. We wouldn’t be who we are without each of them. We know it’s been a tough year and a half, but we believe the future is bright, both for DemandZEN but for all B2B companies.
