Happy Holidays from DemandZEN
Here at DemandZEN, we wanted to take the time to thank our clients and co-workers for another wonderful year. We hope your holidays are bright, and you get to eat all the dessert you want. I wanted to take a moment to talk about DemandZEN’s company culture and how important it is to us–especially during the holiday season.
We take pride in being a family-oriented business, so much so that it’s one of our core values. Being a completely dispersed company allows us to have flexible lives so we can focus on work and our personal lives when we need to.
We believe in work-life balance. That means spending time with the people who matter most in your life as well as loving what you do. This holiday season, we are thankful for everyone who is a part of our DemandZEN family.
For us, it’s all about being a team. As another one of our core values, it was special that most of our team was able to meet earlier in December, in-person for an in-person holiday party. It’s a rare occasion that most of us are ever in the same room, so it was a really special event. We were able to spend quality time off-the-clock, spreading holiday cheer. We’re grateful for those who were able to make it out.
This year’s company bonding activity was a room escape game (with only one of our groups making it out in time). We shared some drinks, danced through the night, and karaoke was definitely involved. We also played a serious game of Dirty Santa (also known as Yankee Swap or White Elephant). The highlight gifts were wine, a trivia book, a fabulous ceramic fox, and some Christmas linens.
We also wanted to share some of the fantastic photos taken throughout the night, including from the photo booth.
